Let it cool down for about 5 or 10 minutes so it's easier to cut and won't fall apart.

Slide the dish into your hot oven. Let it cook for 30 to 35 minutes till the middle looks firm and the top's got some color.

Tilt your bowl over the greased dish, then spread out the mixture so it's even everywhere.

Toss in the cheese, onion bits, cooked greens, and bacon or ham if you're using it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and give everything a gentle fold.

Crack the eggs into a big bowl, pour in the milk, and whip them together until it’s all nice and smooth.

Heat your oven to 190°C. Grease up your 23-centimetre pie dish or any baking dish you like.
