No Crust Quiche Eggs Cheese (Print Version)

Whip up a savory, golden pan of eggs, cheese, and veggies fast—ideal for brunch or a quick morning bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
02 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
03 - 75 grams cooked bacon or diced ham, only if you want
04 - 120 grams chopped cooked spinach or broccoli, well-drained
05 - 80 grams onion, diced
06 - 100 grams grated cheese, cheddar or Swiss work
07 - 240 ml milk or half-and-half
08 - 6 large eggs

# Steps:

01 - Let it cool down for about 5 or 10 minutes so it's easier to cut and won't fall apart.
02 - Slide the dish into your hot oven. Let it cook for 30 to 35 minutes till the middle looks firm and the top's got some color.
03 - Tilt your bowl over the greased dish, then spread out the mixture so it's even everywhere.
04 - Toss in the cheese, onion bits, cooked greens, and bacon or ham if you're using it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and give everything a gentle fold.
05 - Crack the eggs into a big bowl, pour in the milk, and whip them together until it’s all nice and smooth.
06 - Heat your oven to 190°C. Grease up your 23-centimetre pie dish or any baking dish you like.

# Notes:

01 - Switch up your veggies or go for a new cheese to mix things up.
02 - Stash leftovers in the fridge and just heat what you need. Makes planning easy.
03 - If you don't do dairy, use plant milk and swap the cheese for a dairy-free one or skip it.
