Cucumber Sandwiches Herbed Cheese (Print Version)

Delicate tea sandwiches with fresh cucumber and herbed cream cheese spread on crustless white bread. Ready in minutes!

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
04 - 1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
05 - ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste
08 - 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
09 - 1 loaf white bread or bread of choice, crusts removed

# Steps:

01 - Using a hand mixer, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in the dill, chives, garlic powder, and season with salt and black pepper.
02 - Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each slice of bread.
03 - Arrange thinly sliced cucumbers on half of the bread slices and sprinkle with additional herbs if desired.
04 - Place remaining bread slices on top. Remove crusts and cut each sandwich into three pieces.
05 - Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.

01 - Leftover sandwiches can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours if covered properly.
