06 - Optional Dijon mustard 5 grams

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Get a non-stick pan warm over medium heat until it’s ready.
02 - Spread butter all over one side of each sourdough slice.
03 - Put two bread slices in the pan with the buttered side down.
04 - Evenly place mozzarella, cheddar, and pickles on the bread in the pan. You can also add Dijon mustard over the cheese if you want.
