# Ingredients:

01 - 180 ml jus
02 - 240 ml sweetened coconut milk

→ Frozen Fruit

03 - 1 medium frozen banana
04 - 4 cups (about 560 g) frozen pineapple pieces

# Steps:

01 - Pour your creamy blend out into four glasses. Enjoy it fresh so it stays super smooth.
02 - Crank up your blender on the highest setting. Keep going until it’s totally blended and you don’t see any icy bits.
03 - Throw frozen banana, pineapple, coconut milk, and jus into your blender.

# Notes:

01 - If you want it less sugary, pick coconut milk with no added sugar. Try using vanilla jus for extra flavor—it switches things up.
