Check that the dragonfruit and banana are totally frozen. Then, get your measuring cups ready to portion everything.

Add the frozen fruit, pour in some vanilla, and the almond milk. Toss in yogurt if you want it extra creamy. Everything goes straight into the blender.

Crank up your blender and mix until you can’t see any chunks. Stop now and then to scrape all the bits back down so it gets really smooth.

If you like it runnier, splash in a little more almond milk and give it another whirl.
