# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - Cauliflower, about 450 g, cut into bite-size pieces

→ Spices

02 - 1 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

04 - Grated Parmesan cheese, around 25 g (optional)
05 - Juice squeezed from one lemon (optional)

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn your air fryer to 200°C and let it get nice and hot.
02 - Wash those cauliflower pieces well and pat them dry so they get nice and crispy.
03 - Put the cauliflower in a bowl. Pour over olive oil and sprinkle all the spices. Mix it up until everything's coated.
04 - Lay out the cauliflower in one layer inside the basket. Don't crowd it. Cook for about 12 to 15 minutes, give the basket a good shake halfway through.
