Get your oven going at 190°C and wait until it's fully heated.

Put olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook about 6-7 minutes on each side until no pink is left inside. Take off the heat and let it rest before cutting it into thin pieces.

Stir together shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, softened cream cheese, and parsley in a bowl until well blended.

Lay out tortillas on a clean spot. Spread around 30 grams of the cheese mix on each one evenly.

Spread the sliced chicken evenly over the cheese layer on each tortilla.

Combine mayo with minced garlic in a small bowl. Spread about 15 ml of this over the chicken on each wrap.

If you want, add lettuce and tomato slices on top of the garlic mayo for some extra flavor and crunch.

Roll each tortilla tight so nothing falls out. Place them seam down on a baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until tortillas get a little crisp and cheese melts nicely.

Take wraps out, let cool a bit, then cut in half and serve.
