# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Filling

01 - 7 g instant coffee powder
02 - 150 g brown sugar
03 - 115 g softened butter
04 - 16 g ground cinnamon

→ Dough

05 - 2.5 g salt
06 - 240 ml warm milk (about 43°C)
07 - 80 g melted butter
08 - 440 g all-purpose flour
09 - 7 g instant yeast
10 - 1 large egg
11 - 50 g granulated sugar

→ Glaze

12 - 45 ml brewed coffee
13 - 30 g melted butter
14 - 180 g powdered sugar
15 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Mix flour, salt, egg, and melted butter in a bowl. Knead it till smooth and stretchy.
02 - Cover the dough and leave it alone till it’s about twice as big. This takes around an hour.
03 - Stir together softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee powder until it’s all mixed well.
04 - Flatten the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling, roll it tight into a log, then cut into a dozen pieces.
05 - Place the rolls on a tray, cover them, and wait about 30 minutes till they puff up.
06 - Heat the oven to 175°C. Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or till they get that nice brown color.
07 - Whisk together sugar, coffee, butter, and vanilla for a smooth topping. Drizzle it over the warm rolls.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Keep the milk warm but not hot so the yeast wakes up right.
02 - Play with the coffee powder amount if you want a bolder coffee kick.
03 - Wait for the rolls to cool a bit before adding glaze so it doesn’t melt too fast.
