Mix flour, salt, egg, and melted butter in a bowl. Knead it till smooth and stretchy.

Cover the dough and leave it alone till it’s about twice as big. This takes around an hour.

Stir together softened butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and coffee powder until it’s all mixed well.

Flatten the dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling, roll it tight into a log, then cut into a dozen pieces.

Place the rolls on a tray, cover them, and wait about 30 minutes till they puff up.

Heat the oven to 175°C. Bake the rolls for 25 minutes or till they get that nice brown color.

Whisk together sugar, coffee, butter, and vanilla for a smooth topping. Drizzle it over the warm rolls.
