# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Shell

01 - Cubed cold unsalted butter 115 grams
02 - One large egg yolk
03 - Pinch of salt
04 - 50 grams sugar
05 - 155 grams plain flour

→ Custard

06 - Vanilla extract 5 milliliters
07 - Cornstarch 16 grams
08 - 240 ml whole milk

→ Fruit Top

09 - Mixed fresh fruits like kiwi, peaches, strawberries, blueberries

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Press dough in tart pan. Use fork to poke holes so it won't puff up. Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes till golden. Let it cool fully before using.
02 - Heat oven to 175°C. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Chop cold butter into the mix until crumbs form. Add egg yolk and stir into a soft dough.
03 - Whisk milk, cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a pan over medium heat. Keep stirring until it thickens, about 5 minutes. Take off heat and add vanilla.
04 - Fill the cooled shell with custard. Place fresh fruits nicely on top. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to set before eating.
