Press dough in tart pan. Use fork to poke holes so it won't puff up. Bake at 175°C for 20 minutes till golden. Let it cool fully before using.

Heat oven to 175°C. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Chop cold butter into the mix until crumbs form. Add egg yolk and stir into a soft dough.

Whisk milk, cornstarch, sugar, and salt in a pan over medium heat. Keep stirring until it thickens, about 5 minutes. Take off heat and add vanilla.

Fill the cooled shell with custard. Place fresh fruits nicely on top. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to set before eating.
