01 - Trimmed and chopped fresh green beans 450 grams
02 - 2 minced garlic cloves
03 - 1 small onion, chopped fine
04 - Unsalted butter 30 grams
05 - Cream of mushroom soup, 280 grams
06 - Milk 120 ml
07 - Soy sauce 5 ml
08 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper as you like

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C so it’s ready.
02 - Boil the beans just until they’re tender but still a bit firm, then drain them well.
03 - Melt the butter in a big pan on medium heat and soften the onion and garlic until you can smell them and they look clear.
04 - Throw in the mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and the salt and pepper. Stir it all nicely.
05 - Gently fold the green beans into the creamy mix so they’re all coated.
06 - Move everything into a baking dish and sprinkle the crunchy fried onions evenly on top.
07 - Bake for about 25 minutes until the top turns golden and you see bubbling around the edges.
