01 - 4 tilapia fillets
02 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
03 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or thyme)
05 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
06 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F / 190°C).
02 - In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper.
03 - Coat the tilapia fillets in the marinade and let them sit for 15-30 minutes.
04 - Grill the marinated fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are opaque and flake easily with a fork. Optionally, add lemon slices on top while grilling.
05 - Serve immediately garnished with fresh herbs or lemon wedges.
