# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Scoop the stir fry onto your rice. Add some chopped green onions or sesame seeds if you like.
02 - Toss in the green beans and broccoli florets. Let them cook until just tender but still a bit crunchy. This usually takes 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - Pour in your broth mix and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch mix and keep cooking until the sauce gets thicker, about 1 or 2 minutes.
04 - Add the white wine to the pan. Let it bubble for a minute and use your spatula to lift the browned bits off the bottom.
05 - Start by cooking the onions until they’re soft, which takes around 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms, carrots, red pepper, and celery. Cook those for another 3 to 5 minutes until they’re just starting to get soft.
06 - Heat the peanut oil in a big pan or wok over medium-high heat. Break up the ground beef with a spoon and cook until it’s nicely browned. Drain the extra fat.
07 - In a medium bowl, stir together beef broth, chicken broth, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, hot sauce, and ground ginger. Whisk it up and set it aside.
08 - Whisk cornstarch with cold water until it’s smooth. Keep this ready for later.
09 - In a small bowl, mix garlic salt, onion powder, celery salt, and black pepper. Put this aside for now.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Pick lean ground beef if you want less grease. If you don’t have white wine, dry sherry works too. Use any cooked rice you enjoy.
