13 - Paprika, 1 teaspoon
14 - Dried oregano, 1 teaspoon
15 - Cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
16 - Salt and black pepper as you like

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn up the heat to medium-high and toss in the ground beef. Break it apart with a wooden spoon and cook it until it’s brown all over with no pink left. Drain extra fat.
02 - Mix in chopped green bell pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, and cayenne. Stir well so the meat and veggies get full flavor.
03 - Once everything is combined, bring it to a boil. Then lower heat, cover, and let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes. Stir now and then so nothing sticks and flavors mix well.
04 - Heat vegetable oil in a big pot over medium. Throw in chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook about 5 minutes until onion turns clear.
05 - Pour in diced tomatoes with juice, kidney beans, black beans, tomato paste, and beef broth. Mix everything up.
06 - Taste and add salt and black pepper. Add more cayenne if you want it spicier.
07 - Serve warm. If you want, add shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, or cilantro on top.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - For thicker chili, leave it uncovered and cook for the last 15 minutes.
02 - Change the amount of cayenne if you want less or more heat.
03 - Try toppings like cheese, sour cream, green onions, or cilantro for more flavor.
