Key Lime Smoothie (Print Version)

Whiz together banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and lime juice for a smooth, tart drink. Sprinkle graham cracker on top for extra fun.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 banana, frozen and chopped
02 - 130 g plain Greek yogurt or a plant-based yogurt
03 - 1.2 mL vanilla extract
04 - 0.5 teaspoon lime zest, grated super fine
05 - 60 mL lime juice (use key lime or regular)
06 - 15 mL honey or your favorite sweetener

→ Optional Additions

07 - Handful of spinach, toss in if you want some green
08 - Ice cubes to get it how you like

09 - Wedge of lime
10 - Graham cracker crumbles

# Steps:

01 - Pour your mix into the rimmed glass. Pop a lime wedge on for a fun look. Knock it back right away for the best taste.
02 - Wet the edge of your cup with some lime juice. Dip it in graham crumbs on a little plate so they're stuck all the way around.
03 - Put your banana, yogurt, lime juice, sweetener, lime zest, and vanilla in the blender. Chuck in spinach for more color. Blitz it until totally creamy, throwing in ice a bit at a time until it's just right.

01 - Swap two tablespoons of the yogurt for cream cheese if you want things extra rich.
02 - Toss in more spinach if you want it greener—don't worry, you won't taste it.
