Make sure you've got everything prepped with garlic chopped, ginger grated, and green onions ready.

Heat a skillet on medium-high and cook chicken skin down for 5 to 7 minutes till it's nicely browned.

Mix together honey, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar in a bowl till smooth.

Put the browned chicken into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over so it's well covered.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until it falls apart easily.
