Peach Basil Honey Lime Bowl (Print Version)

This bowl mixes pomegranate, basil, peaches, berries, and a sweet-tart honey lime kick for a super refreshing treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing and Garnish

01 - Juice from half a lime
02 - 6 big basil leaves, sliced up nice and thin
03 - 5–10 ml runny honey

→ Fresh Fruits

04 - Seeds from a medium pomegranate
05 - 180 ml blueberries
06 - 400 ml blackberries
07 - 4 big peaches, just ripe and sliced into wedges

# Steps:

01 - Spoon the finished fruit mix into bowls, or set it out on a big platter. Hand it out right away so it keeps its zip and bright color.
02 - Pour honey all over the fruit, squeeze lime juice, sprinkle on those basil ribbons. Use tongs to toss everything together gently, so the fruit stays looking great.
03 - Pile blackberries, pomegranate seeds, peach slices, and blueberries into your biggest bowl. Give it a quick shuffle so it looks balanced and colorful.
04 - Wash your peaches, basil, blueberries, and blackberries with cold water. Cut the peaches into wedges, slice the basil as thin as possible, and pop out the pomegranate seeds—try not to squish them.

# Notes:

01 - Toss in basil just before serving for the freshest flavor and color.
02 - Make this ahead without basil, and throw it in at the end for perfect texture.
03 - Pop leftovers into a sealed container in the fridge for up to four days. Stir gently before you dish it up again.
