# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dry Stuff

01 - 1.25 g salt
02 - 5 g baking soda
03 - 120 g plain flour
04 - 90 g rolled oats

→ Wet Stuff

05 - 1 large egg
06 - 113 g butter, softened
07 - 110 g brown sugar
08 - 5 ml vanilla
09 - 170 g honey

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Get the oven warmed to 175°C and cover two baking trays with parchment.
02 - Put oats, flour, salt, and baking soda in a bowl and stir them well to mix.
03 - In a big bowl, whip the softened butter, honey, and brown sugar till fluffy and light.
04 - Beat the egg and vanilla in with the butter mixture till it’s all smooth.
05 - Slowly add the dry mix into the wet stuff, folding gently so you don’t overwork it.
06 - Drop spoonfuls of the dough on the trays, leaving about 5 cm between each one.
07 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges look golden but the centers are still soft.
08 - Move cookies to wire racks and let them cool fully before you eat or pack them away.

01 - For softer cookies, try using a bit less flour. Keep cooled cookies in a sealed container at room temp and eat within five days.
