# Detailed Preparation Steps:

- Put chicken stock, hot sauce, bouillon cube, oregano, mustard powder, parsley, onion powder, and garlic powder in a mid-size bowl. Leave it for now.
- Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise into 2 or 3 thinner slices. Cover with cling wrap and gently flatten till about 1.3 cm thick using a meat mallet.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika well over both sides of the chicken.
- Heat olive oil in a big pan on medium-high. Cook the chicken batches for about 4 to 5 minutes each side till golden. Take out and set aside.
- Turn heat down, let the pan cool a bit. Toss in butter, crank heat to medium again. Stir jalapeños and garlic for 3 minutes until they smell great.
- Stir in flour and cook for a minute or two to get rid of the raw flavor. Keep stirring a lot.
- Pour the sauce mix in slowly and keep stirring. Let it come to a boil then turn heat down and let simmer 1 minute.
- Mix in cream cheese cubes and sour cream till melted and smooth. Then add shredded cheddar and stir until it blends well.
- Put the browned chicken back in the pan. Spoon sauce on top and warm for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped bacon and green onions on top. Serve right away with your favorite sides.
