Put yeast, salt, sugar, and flour into a big bowl and stir together.

Add milk and warm water bit by bit. Keep kneading till it feels smooth and stretchy.

Cover it up and leave the dough somewhere warm for an hour till it gets twice as big.

Split the dough into 8 pieces and press each one into a flat round shape.

Drop some curry in the middle of each dough round. Close and shape into nice buns.

Let those buns rest for 30 minutes so they puff up more.

Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C then fry the buns until they turn golden all over.

Take the buns out and let them sit on paper towels to soak up extra oil before eating.
