# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dough mix

01 - 6 grams salt
02 - 10 grams active dry yeast
03 - 240 grams plain flour
04 - 120 ml warm water
05 - 60 ml milk
06 - 25 grams sugar

→ Filling

07 - 480 grams cooked curry from Japan

→ For frying

08 - Vegetable oil as much as needed

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Put yeast, salt, sugar, and flour into a big bowl and stir together.
02 - Add milk and warm water bit by bit. Keep kneading till it feels smooth and stretchy.
03 - Cover it up and leave the dough somewhere warm for an hour till it gets twice as big.
04 - Split the dough into 8 pieces and press each one into a flat round shape.
05 - Drop some curry in the middle of each dough round. Close and shape into nice buns.
06 - Let those buns rest for 30 minutes so they puff up more.
07 - Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C then fry the buns until they turn golden all over.
08 - Take the buns out and let them sit on paper towels to soak up extra oil before eating.
