# Ingredients:

01 - Ice cubes, as much as you want for a super cold drink
02 - One pinch of table salt
03 - Optional 0.25 teaspoon vanilla for a more layered flavor
04 - Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar—taste as you go
05 - Pour in 240 ml of cold milk, any type you like
06 - Peel 1–2 bananas that are nice and ripe, spots are perfect

# Steps:

01 - Give everything a good stir and drink right away for the best taste.
02 - Pour your banana milk over some ice to chill it down nicely.
03 - Let the blender run for about 30 to 60 seconds so it gets really creamy.
04 - Toss banana chunks, cold milk, sweetener, vanilla if you want, and a bit of salt in your blender.
05 - For a thick and frosty drink, freeze your banana slices on a baking tray for half an hour.
06 - Chop up your peeled bananas into little pieces using a cutting board and knife.

01 - Bananas that are soft and spotty are the sweetest and make this drink smell awesome.
02 - If you throw frozen banana pieces in, you'll get a super thick and creamy drink—more like a shake.
