01 - 2 big boneless skinless chicken breasts

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning all over the chicken. Then coat them well with the flour.
02 - Get your skillet hot with olive oil on medium-high. Brown the chicken on each side for around 4 to 5 minutes. Take them out and keep aside.
03 - Melt butter in the same pan on medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and cook till it smells good, about 1 minute. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir often for 1 minute to make a roux.
04 - Slowly add the chicken broth, white wine, heavy cream, honey, brown sugar, mustard powder, parsley, oregano, and black pepper. Bring it to a low boil and cook till thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
