Lobster Sugar Cookies (Printable Version)

Soft cookies with lobster, sugar, butter, and vanilla baked until they're lightly golden.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Dry

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 250 grams plain flour

→ Butter and Sugar

04 - 200 grams white sugar
05 - 240 grams unsalted butter at room temp

→ Add-ins

06 - 120 grams lobster meat, cooked and chopped fine

→ Extras

07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn on the oven to 175°C and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Beat the softened butter with the sugar in a big bowl until it's light and fluffier than before.
03 - Pour in the vanilla and mix it well with the butter and sugar.
04 - In another bowl, toss together the flour, baking soda, and salt so they're spread evenly.
05 - Slowly add the dry mix to the butter combo and keep stirring until the dough feels soft.
06 - Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat till it’s spread all over the dough.
07 - Spoon out dough blobs onto your lined tray with about 5 cm between each. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until edges turn a light golden color.
08 - Take the tray out and let the cookies rest on it a few minutes before moving them to a wire rack.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Keep butter soft at room temp so it blends easier.
