01 - Chopped lobster meat around 240 ml
02 - Softened cream cheese about 120 ml
03 - Mayonnaise, 60 ml
04 - Fresh chopped chives, 15 ml
05 - Lemon juice, 15 ml

→ Dough

06 - One package thawed puff pastry
07 - One beaten egg for brushing

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 200°C and cover a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Mix together lobster, cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, and chives in a bowl until everything’s well combined.
03 - On a floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into the sizes you like.
04 - Put a spoonful of the lobster mix in the center of each pastry square.
