Turn the oven on to 190°C.

Put the pie crust in your pie pan and poke the bottom with a fork so it doesn't puff up when baking.

Cook the crust for 10 minutes in the oven. Take it out and let it cool a bit.

Mix eggs and cream in a bowl until smooth. Add salt, pepper, and chives and stir well.

Spread lobster meat over the crust. Pour the egg mix on top. Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese evenly all over.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes till the middle is firm and the top looks lightly browned.
