# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - One ready-made pie crust

→ Stuffing

02 - Chopped cooked lobster meat, 240 ml
03 - Heavy cream, 240 ml
04 - Four big eggs
05 - Grated Swiss cheese, 100 g
06 - Half a teaspoon salt
07 - Quarter teaspoon black pepper
08 - Chopped fresh chives, one tablespoon

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Turn the oven on to 190°C.
02 - Put the pie crust in your pie pan and poke the bottom with a fork so it doesn't puff up when baking.
03 - Cook the crust for 10 minutes in the oven. Take it out and let it cool a bit.
04 - Mix eggs and cream in a bowl until smooth. Add salt, pepper, and chives and stir well.
05 - Spread lobster meat over the crust. Pour the egg mix on top. Sprinkle grated Swiss cheese evenly all over.
06 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes till the middle is firm and the top looks lightly browned.
07 - Let it sit for a few minutes before cutting into six pieces and serving.
