→ Broth

02 - Sesame oil, 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
03 - Two tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
04 - 960 ml chicken or seafood stock
05 - Miso paste, 1 tablespoon (15 g)

→ Noodles and Veggies

06 - Chopped green onions, 2 pieces
07 - Fresh spinach, 30 grams
08 - Two packs ramen noodles
09 - 100 grams sliced mushrooms

→ Topping

10 - Two hard-boiled eggs

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Fill a big pot with water and get it boiling hard. Gently lower the lobster in and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes until done.
02 - Take the lobster out of the water and wait till it cools a bit. Pick the meat out and cut it into small chunks.
03 - Heat your chicken or seafood broth over medium heat until it lightly bubbles. Mix in the soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil well.
04 - Toss sliced mushrooms into the broth and let them cook for 5 minutes to soak up flavor.
05 - In another pot, cook the ramen noodles following the package directions. Drain them well when they’re done.
06 - Add chopped lobster meat, spinach, and green onions into the broth. Let it cook just until the spinach wilts.
07 - Divide noodles between bowls. Pour the hot broth with lobster and veggies on top. Add a boiled egg to each bowl and eat right away.

# Helpful Tips:

01 - Use freshly made broth for the best taste and don’t cook the spinach too long so it stays bright and crunchy.
