Lobster Rangoon bites (Printable Version)

Crunchy little wontons packed with lobster, cream cheese, and green onions make great snack-sized starters.

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Lobster Mix

01 - 227 g cream cheese, soft
02 - 240 g lobster meat, chopped small
03 - 2 green onions, diced
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce

→ Wrap & Fry

06 - 20 wonton skins
07 - Oil for frying

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Grab a bowl and stir together the lobster and cream cheese until it’s nice and smooth.
02 - Mix in the chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well blended.
03 - Lay a wonton skin flat and add about a teaspoon (5 ml) of filling in the middle.
04 - Wet the edges with water, fold up the wrapper, and press tight to seal however you like.
05 - Warm up the oil in a deep pan or skillet on medium heat until hot but not smoking.
06 - Fry the wontons by batches, turning them to get them golden and crispy all around.
07 - Take out the wontons with tongs and lay them on paper towels to soak up extra oil. Eat while hot with your favorite sauce.
