# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Filling mix

01 - Softened cream cheese, 227 g
02 - Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
03 - Chopped cooked lobster meat, 227 g
04 - Soy sauce, 1 teaspoon
05 - Finely chopped green onions, 2 pieces

→ Wrappers and cooking

06 - Oil for frying
07 - 20 wonton wrappers

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat until you can fry at about 175°C.
02 - Use tongs to take out the wontons and put them on paper towels to soak up extra oil.
03 - Mix the lobster meat with cream cheese in a big bowl until smooth and blended.
04 - Gently fold in the green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce so everything's spread evenly.
05 - Lay a wrapper flat, put about a tablespoon (15 ml) of filling in the middle, wet the edges with water, then press the sides to seal tight.
06 - Fry the wontons in batches for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they turn nice and golden bright and crispy.
07 - Serve hot with some sweet chili sauce or soy dipping if you like.
