Mango Lemonade Drink (Print Version)

Smooth and punchy mango lemonade, chilled and poured on ice. Just what you want when it’s warm outside, with a fresh hit of mint at the end.

# Ingredients:

→ Lemon Drink Base

01 - 500–750 ml cold water, pour in as much as you like
02 - 75 g white sugar, or use less if the mango's super sweet
03 - 60 ml lemon juice, squeezed fresh
04 - 250 g ripe mango, chopped up

# Steps:

01 - Fill up your glasses with ice, then pour in the mango drink. Drop in some mint if you want. Enjoy right away.
02 - Check if it's too thick or strong, then add more water if needed and give it another quick blend.
03 - Toss the chopped mango, lemon juice, sugar, and a good splash (500 ml) of cold water into your blender. Let it rip until there's no lumps at all.

# Notes:

01 - Go for mangoes that are sweet and not stringy for best results.
02 - Got really sweet mangoes? Use less sugar, or add more if they're a bit tart.
03 - Want it lighter and thinner? Splash in extra cold water to taste.
04 - Make sure you blend the mix long enough so it's totally smooth.
