01 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
02 - 4 medium zucchinis
03 - 40 g red onion, chopped
04 - 150 g cherry tomatoes cut in half
05 - 40 g olives, chopped

06 - 185 g quinoa, cooked

07 - 75 g crumbled feta cheese

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 190°C and let it heat.
02 - Slice each zucchini lengthwise and scoop out the center to make little boats.
03 - In a bowl, toss cooked quinoa, tomato halves, crumbled feta, chopped olives, diced onion, garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until everything's blended well.
04 - Spoon the filling equally into each zucchini boat.
