Mini Chicken Pies (Print Version)

01 - Toss in 1 cup frozen mixed veggies (think peas, corn, carrots, or what you’ve got)
02 - Shred or chop up 2 cups cooked chicken (about 300g)

# Steps:

01 - Spoon the chicken-veggie blend into mini pastry crusts or whatever base you like, getting them all about the same so they bake nice and even.
02 - Grab a big bowl and mix the cooked chicken (shredded or chopped) with your frozen veggie mix. Stir till everything’s spread around pretty well.
