Mini Banana Choco Loaf (Print Version)

Chocolate chips and sweet bananas team up in these soft mini loaves—perfect for passing around or grabbing on busy days.

# Ingredients:

→ Mix-ins

01 - 60 grams mini chocolate chips

→ Dry Ingredients

02 - 125 grams all-purpose flour
03 - 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 0.25 teaspoon salt

→ Main Ingredients

05 - 2 ripe bananas, mashed
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 1 large egg
08 - 60 grams unsalted butter, melted
09 - 100 grams granulated sugar

# Steps:

01 - Let your loaf chill out in the pan for about ten minutes. After that, pop it onto a rack to finish cooling.
02 - Stick it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. You'll know it's ready when a toothpick poked into the middle comes out clean or with just a couple of moist crumbs.
03 - Spoon your batter into the mini loaf pan you set up earlier and even out the top.
04 - Mix in those mini chocolate chips gently, so they're nicely spread out.
05 - Dump the flour, baking soda, and salt into a different bowl. Give them a sift. Slowly add this dry blend to your wet stuff and stir it in. Don’t go crazy with the mixing.
06 - Crack in the egg and pour in your vanilla. Mix everything until you can’t see streaks.
07 - Grab a bowl and mash the bananas until they're smooth. Mix in that melted butter and sugar until it all looks good together.
08 - Fire up your oven to 175°C. Grease a mini loaf pan or just line it with parchment so nothing sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Spotty brown bananas bring more sweetness and bold banana taste to your loaf.
02 - You’ll get chocolate in every bite when you go for the mini chips.
03 - Try tossing in chopped pecans or walnuts if you like crunch.
04 - Want easy snacks? Wrap cooled slices one by one and freeze ‘em.
