01 -
Let your loaf chill out in the pan for about ten minutes. After that, pop it onto a rack to finish cooling.
02 -
Stick it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes. You'll know it's ready when a toothpick poked into the middle comes out clean or with just a couple of moist crumbs.
03 -
Spoon your batter into the mini loaf pan you set up earlier and even out the top.
04 -
Mix in those mini chocolate chips gently, so they're nicely spread out.
05 -
Dump the flour, baking soda, and salt into a different bowl. Give them a sift. Slowly add this dry blend to your wet stuff and stir it in. Don’t go crazy with the mixing.
06 -
Crack in the egg and pour in your vanilla. Mix everything until you can’t see streaks.
07 -
Grab a bowl and mash the bananas until they're smooth. Mix in that melted butter and sugar until it all looks good together.
08 -
Fire up your oven to 175°C. Grease a mini loaf pan or just line it with parchment so nothing sticks.
