# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - Grated zucchini 240 g, press out liquid well

→ Dry Mix

02 - All-purpose flour 190 g
03 - Whole wheat flour 60 g
04 - Baking powder 1 tsp
05 - Baking soda half tsp
06 - Salt half tsp
07 - Ground cinnamon 2 tsp
08 - Nutmeg ground half tsp

→ Wet Mix

09 - 2 eggs large
10 - Olive oil 120 ml
11 - Cane sugar 150 g
12 - Vanilla extract 1 tsp

→ Extras (Optional)

13 - 60 g chopped walnuts or pecans
14 - Dark chocolate chips 60 g

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 175°C. Grease loaf pan 23x13 cm and line it with parchment.
02 - Grate zucchini and squeeze it dry using cloth or paper towel.
03 - Whisk whole wheat and all-purpose flours with baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
04 - Beat eggs, sugar, olive oil, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
05 - Stir grated zucchini into the wet mix until spread out evenly.
06 - Fold dry into wet mixture gently until just mixed. Don’t overwork it.
07 - Mix in nuts and chocolate chips if you like.
08 - Put the batter in the pan and even it out on top.
09 - Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
10 - Cool in the pan 10 minutes then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
