Let the fudge cool at room temp for 2 hours then cut it into pieces in the dish you prepped.

After the mix cools for 10 minutes, whip it strong for 5 minutes till it gets thick and creamy.

Take the pot off the stove and quickly mix in the vanilla flavor.

Turn the heat higher and let it bubble hard for around 5 minutes. Keep stirring until it hits 113°C or the soft ball mark.

Use a medium pot on low heat to stir sugar, cocoa, milk, and butter together until smooth.

Coat an 8-inch square pan lightly with grease so the fudge won’t stick.
