Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cardamom, and orange zest in a big bowl until even.

In another bowl, mix up the melted butter, eggs, and orange juice till smooth.

Pour the wet mix into the dry one and fold gently with a spatula. Don’t mix too long or you’ll lose the fluff.

Fill muffin cups about 75 percent full with batter. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
