Peach Lemonade Mint (Print Version)

A bright, cool sip of peach, lemonade, and mint that's awesome for sunny days and hanging out with friends.

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs

01 - 15 ml fresh mint leaves, toss in a few extra for topping

→ Fruit

02 - 4 or 5 juicy peaches, cleaned up, pitted, then sliced

→ Base

03 - 2 litres lemonade you love, homemade or straight from the store

# Steps:

01 - Pour your peachy lemonade over plenty of ice into frosty glasses. Drop in extra peaches and a bit of mint right before you sip.
02 - Tip your silky peach-mint blend into a big pitcher, top it off with the rest of your lemonade, give it a solid mix, then drop in those set-aside peach slices and maybe a few lemon rounds for fun.
03 - Fill up your blender with all the leftover peach slices, a cupful of lemonade (about 250 ml), and mint. Whirl it till it's completely smooth. Want it extra smooth? Run it through a fine sieve.
04 - First, give the peaches a rinse and ditch the pits, slice 'em up, and save a handful for topping later.
05 - Stick your lemonade in the fridge so it's ice cold—doesn’t matter if you made it yourself or grabbed it from a shop. Set it aside till you need it.

# Notes:

01 - Going with really ripe peaches and the freshest mint gives you better flavor and a killer scent. Strain your blend if you’re not into bits for a totally smooth drink.
02 - Make sure everything, even the glasses, are super chilled. Skip the ice till the end so your drink stays tasty, not watery.
