Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix the flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a large bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix the softened butter and peanut butter until smooth.

Gradually add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing until the texture becomes light and fluffy.

Gently fold the peanut butter chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips into the dough.
