Set your oven to 375°F. Place the rack closer to the top for a nice golden finish.

Fill a large pot with water and salt it generously. Cook the pasta until it’s 2 minutes shy of done (check the package for timing). Drain well.

Pour the drained pasta back into the pot. Stir in the marinara and about a third of the pepperoni slices, making sure the sauce coats it all nicely.

Pour the pasta mixture into a 9x13 dish, spreading it out evenly. Scatter the mozzarella all over, then top with the rest of the pepperoni slices.

Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until the cheese is gooey and bubbling. After that, broil it for 2-3 minutes to crisp everything up. Keep an eye on it, so it doesn’t burn!
