06 - 100 g sharp cheddar, shredded
07 - 225 g cream cheese

08 - 1 tbsp olive oil
09 - 240 ml beef broth with low salt

01 - Put the drained pasta right into the pan. Mix well to cover every noodle with the creamy sauce.
02 - Slowly stir in the grated sharp cheddar cheese till everything’s melted and smooth.
03 - Turn heat down to low. Mix in garlic, cream cheese, and beef broth. Keep stirring until it’s all nice and creamy.
04 - Toss the thin beef slices into the veggies. Cook till it’s browned but still tender, don’t overdo it.
