Pineapple Coconut Ginger Wellness Shots (Print Version)

A refreshing blend of pineapple, ginger, lemon and coconut water that's nutrient-rich, hydrating and ready in just 10 minutes.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pineapple, flesh only, cut into chunks
02 - 1 cup pressed coconut water
03 - 2 lemons, juiced
04 - 1/2 pound fresh ginger, scrubbed and rinsed

# Steps:

01 - Scrub the ginger with your hands or a vegetable scrubber. Remove the top, skin, and core of the pineapple, then cut it into chunks.
02 - Break the ginger into small pieces. Blend ginger with some pineapple and a small amount of water to encourage blending. Blend the remaining pineapple. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer over a large bowl, pressing with a rubber spatula.
03 - Juice the lemons using your hands or a citrus hand squeezer. Combine the lemon juice and coconut water with the pineapple and ginger juice mixture. Stir well before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Store the juice in glass vials or large mason jars in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
