01 -
Throw the peaches, raspberries, and water into a blender or food processor, then blend until smooth.
02 -
Put a sieve on top of a big bowl and pour the blended peach raspberry mix through. Use a large spoon to press down and collect the liquid, leaving behind seeds and skin.
03 -
Get rid of the leftover pulp from the sieve, then set the bowl with the liquid aside for later.
04 -
In a small pot, combine sugar with 1/2 cup water. Heat over medium, stirring now and then, until the sugar dissolves, and you’re left with a syrupy texture (takes about 3 minutes). Let it cool a bit.
05 -
In a big pitcher, add cold water, lemon juice, and plenty of ice. Pour in the syrup and raspberry peach liquid, then stir until everything combines nicely.
06 -
Put the pitcher in the fridge, covered, until you’re ready to enjoy. Serve cold and fancy it up with raspberries, peach slices, or mint if you’d like.
