# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 150 g cherry tomatoes
02 - 80 g chopped onions
03 - 300 g green beans

→ Oils & Seasonings

04 - 5 g garlic powder
05 - 2.5 g black pepper
06 - 5 g salt
07 - 30 ml olive oil

→ Mashed Potatoes

08 - 60 ml milk
09 - 240 g mashed potatoes
10 - 115 g butter

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Get the oven going at 200°C.
02 - Mix the butter, milk, and garlic powder with the cooked potatoes and mash everything until creamy.
03 - Boil the potatoes until you can easily poke them with a fork, then drain the water out.
04 - Lay out the veggies in one layer on a baking tray and let them roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until they’re soft and slightly browned.
05 - Coat the green beans, tomatoes, and onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they’re evenly covered.
06 - Put the roasted veggies and creamy mashed potatoes on plates and enjoy.
