01 - 1.25 ml sea salt
02 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract
03 - 60 ml heavy cream
04 - 42 g unsalted butter
05 - 100 g white sugar

07 - 25 g brown sugar
08 - 45 g dark chocolate chips
09 - 27 g unsweetened cocoa powder
10 - 960 ml whole milk

11 - Mini marshmallows (optional)

13 - Caramel drizzle
14 - Whipped cream

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat sugar gently in a pan till it turns golden. Add butter and cream, stirring until it’s all smooth. Mix in vanilla and salt after that.
02 - Warm up the milk on its own. Whisk in cocoa powder until no lumps remain. Toss in chocolate chips, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir everything till it’s nice and smooth.
03 - Pour your caramel mix into the warmed chocolate drink and stir well. Taste it and add more sweetness if you want.
04 - Spoon the hot chocolate into mugs. Add whipped cream, a bit of caramel sauce, some flaky salt, and if you like, mini marshmallows.
