02 - Baking soda, 2.5 ml
03 - Unsweetened cocoa powder, 50 grams
04 - All-purpose flour, 125 grams

05 - Smooth peanut butter, 130 grams
06 - Large egg, 1
07 - Light brown sugar, 55 grams
08 - Granulated sugar, 100 grams
09 - Soft unsalted butter, 115 grams

→ Extras

10 - Semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 170 grams
11 - Sprinkle of sea salt

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 175°C. Line two trays with parchment.
02 - Mix salt, baking soda, cocoa, and flour together. Put aside.
03 - Whip the softened butter with both sugars till fluffy. Takes about 3 minutes.
04 - Blend in the egg and peanut butter until smooth.
05 - Slowly add the dry mix to the wet. Stir gently till just combined.
06 - Carefully fold in chocolate chips into the dough.
