Heat oven to 190°C and cover a baking sheet with parchment.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

Melt butter on medium heat in a skillet. Slowly cook eggs, stirring lightly until just set.

Unroll dough and split into 8 triangles on a clean surface.

On the wide side of each triangle, add scrambled eggs, a sausage link, and cheese.

Roll each starting from the wide end, close the seam underneath, and place on your lined sheet.

Pop the tray in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until nicely browned and cooked through.
