# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Meats

01 - 450 grams of sausage links

→ Grains

02 - 360 grams dry white rice

→ Broth

03 - 950 ml chicken stock

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 chopped bell pepper
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves
06 - 1 medium chopped onion

→ Canned Goods

07 - 1 can diced tomatoes, about 400 grams

→ Spices & Seasonings

08 - 1 teaspoon paprika powder
09 - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, as you like

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
02 - Brown the sausage over medium heat in a frying pan until it's nicely cooked.
03 - Put the onion, bell pepper, and garlic into the pan and cook until they’re soft.
04 - Add rice, chicken stock, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.
05 - Put this mix into a baking dish. Cover it with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
06 - Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
07 - Use a fork to fluff the rice before serving so it’s nice and loose.
