Heat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Brown the sausage over medium heat in a frying pan until it's nicely cooked.

Put the onion, bell pepper, and garlic into the pan and cook until they’re soft.

Add rice, chicken stock, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix.

Put this mix into a baking dish. Cover it with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

Use a fork to fluff the rice before serving so it’s nice and loose.
