# Ingredients You'll Need:

01 - 450 grams pizza dough

→ Add-ons

02 - 113 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 15 grams chopped fresh sage leaves
04 - 240 grams cooked ground turkey
05 - 240 grams canned pumpkin puree

→ Topping

06 - 30 milliliters olive oil

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Drizzle olive oil over everything and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until you see a golden crust and melty cheese.
02 - Scatter the shredded mozzarella over the turkey and sage evenly.
03 - Spread the cooked turkey all over the pumpkin layer and toss on the chopped sage.
04 - Cover the dough with pumpkin puree, keeping about a 1.3 cm space around the edges.
05 - On a surface with some flour, roll the dough out to about 30 cm across. Move it onto your baking sheet or hot pizza stone.
06 - Set your oven to 245°C and if you have a pizza stone, pop it in to get hot.
