Drizzle olive oil over everything and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until you see a golden crust and melty cheese.

Scatter the shredded mozzarella over the turkey and sage evenly.

Spread the cooked turkey all over the pumpkin layer and toss on the chopped sage.

Cover the dough with pumpkin puree, keeping about a 1.3 cm space around the edges.

On a surface with some flour, roll the dough out to about 30 cm across. Move it onto your baking sheet or hot pizza stone.

Set your oven to 245°C and if you have a pizza stone, pop it in to get hot.
