Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pan (Print Version)

Chicken with green beans and potatoes baked together in garlicky parmesan butter for an easy meal for two.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 20 grams dry Italian seasoning mix
02 - 45 millilitres olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, chopped up fine
04 - 85 grams unsalted butter, melted down

→ Vegetables

05 - 450 grams red potatoes, chop into small chunks
06 - 340 grams green beans, snap off the ends

→ Chicken

07 - 25 grams fresh parmesan, grated
08 - 0.25 teaspoon paprika
09 - 2 medium chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
10 - 60 millilitres mayonnaise
11 - 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
13 - 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder

# Steps:

01 - Pile green beans, potatoes, and your chicken onto plates. Scoop up any tasty sauce from the pan and drizzle over the top. Eat right away.
02 - Slide the pan in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes, move those veggies around. Chicken should hit 74°C inside, and potatoes should poke easily with a fork.
03 - Spread your cheesy sauce over each chicken piece so they're covered well.
04 - Add the mayo and parmesan to your leftover melted butter mix. Stir it all until it's nice and smooth.
05 - Move the veggies so there's room. Sprinkle both sides of your chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Lay the chicken right on the pan.
06 - Toss green beans and potato pieces together and arrange in one layer on the pan you set up. Pour about two-thirds of your sauce mix over them and make sure everything gets saucy. Save the rest for later.
07 - In a bowl, combine your melted butter, olive oil, chopped garlic, and Italian mix powder. Stir until it all looks blended.
08 - Turn your oven up to 200°C. Spray a 25x38 cm sheet pan with nonstick stuff and have it ready.

# Notes:

01 - Let your chicken sit out a bit before cutting it so the juices don't run out.
