Sheetpan Burger Bites (Printable Version)

# Ingredients You'll Need:

→ Beef Mix

01 - 900 g ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, chopped fine
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced
04 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
05 - Salt as you like
06 - Black pepper to your taste

→ Buns & Cheese

07 - 12 slider buns
08 - 12 slices cheddar cheese

→ Dressing

09 - 240 ml mayo
10 - 60 ml ketchup

→ Garnishes

11 - Shredded lettuce
12 - Tomato slices
13 - Pickle slices

→ Extras

14 - Spray oil for cooking

# Detailed Preparation Steps:

01 - Set oven to 200°C. Line a pan with foil and spray it with oil.
02 - Grab a big bowl and toss in beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix just enough to blend everything well but don’t overdo it or it may get tough.
03 - Put the meat mixture on the foil-lined pan spreading it out evenly to one flat layer.
04 - Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes till the middle hits 70°C.
05 - While beef’s baking, mix mayo and ketchup together in a small bowl.
06 - Take the pan out carefully and drain off any grease that pooled on top.
07 - Put cheddar slices all over the cooked beef layer. Slide it back into the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese bubbles and melts.
08 - Give the beef and cheese a few minutes to chill. Cut the whole thing into 12 pieces so each bun gets one.
09 - Place each beef and cheese piece on a bun. Add a spoonful of sauce then top with lettuce, tomato, and pickle slices.
10 - Serve these sliders while they’re hot and enjoy every bite.

01 - Go for lean ground beef or turkey if you want it healthier. Make sure beef reaches 70°C inside so it’s safe to eat.
