01 -
Set oven to 200°C. Line a pan with foil and spray it with oil.
02 -
Grab a big bowl and toss in beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix just enough to blend everything well but don’t overdo it or it may get tough.
03 -
Put the meat mixture on the foil-lined pan spreading it out evenly to one flat layer.
04 -
Pop the pan in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes till the middle hits 70°C.
05 -
While beef’s baking, mix mayo and ketchup together in a small bowl.
06 -
Take the pan out carefully and drain off any grease that pooled on top.
07 -
Put cheddar slices all over the cooked beef layer. Slide it back into the oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese bubbles and melts.
08 -
Give the beef and cheese a few minutes to chill. Cut the whole thing into 12 pieces so each bun gets one.
09 -
Place each beef and cheese piece on a bun. Add a spoonful of sauce then top with lettuce, tomato, and pickle slices.
10 -
Serve these sliders while they’re hot and enjoy every bite.
