Put the ribs on plates and pour some extra barbecue sauce on top if you like.

Let it cook low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until the meat is soft and falls apart easily.

Start with the cooked onions spread out in the slow cooker. Then add the ribs and pour the sauce mix over everything.

Stir together the honey, barbecue sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until it’s mixed well.

Heat a pan on medium and cook the sliced onions till they’re clear. Toss in the garlic and keep cooking about 3 minutes until it’s golden.

Give the pork ribs a quick rinse, dry them off, and trim any big chunks of fat.
