Cut ribs along the bones and dish them up while they’re still warm.

If you want a sticky finish, put ribs on a baking tray, add some more barbecue sauce, then broil for about 5 minutes until it bubbles.

Put the lid on and let the ribs cook low and slow for 6 to 8 hours or crank it up to high and cook for 3 to 4 hours till they’re soft.

Set the ribs in the slow cooker and pour your barbecue sauce and apple cider vinegar right on top.

Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt in a bowl. Rub this mix all over the ribs.

Peel off the membrane from the ribs’ back and pat them dry with paper towels. Sprinkle salt and black pepper evenly all over.
